Yes. Every estimate from Mersa Landscape & Design includes a full, photorealistic 3D rendering of your project at no additional charge. There is no deposit required to receive a design, and there is no obligation to move forward. Most landscape contractors in Northeast Ohio charge separately for design work or only provide flat sketches. We include the 3D rendering because it helps both us and you make better decisions about the project before any construction begins.
We start with an on-site visit to your Northeast Ohio property where we take measurements, photograph existing conditions, and discuss your vision. From there, we build a 3D digital model of your outdoor space with the proposed project -- patio, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, or whatever you are planning. You will receive a photorealistic walkthrough showing the project from multiple angles, in different lighting conditions. We then refine the design together until it matches exactly what you want.
As many as it takes. We do not cap the number of revisions on your 3D design. Want to move the fire pit, swap the paver color, try a different pavilion style, or change the layout entirely? We adjust the model until the design is exactly what you envisioned. Our goal is for you to feel completely confident in the plan before we break ground. We schedule the design phase so that construction can begin as soon as you approve the final plan, minimizing downtime between design and build.
