Our 7-year warranty covers any installation failures. If your pavers shift, your retaining wall settles, or any aspect of our workmanship fails under normal use, we will return and fix it at no cost to you. We stand behind every project we complete.
Unlike many contractors who use gravel grids, we remove all topsoil and dig 6 to 8 inches deep. We then lay a compacted gravel base reinforced with rebar and pour a concrete slab. The pavers are set on top of this concrete foundation, which eliminates the freeze/thaw movement that causes shifting in Ohio's climate.
